We seek a committed Systems Support Technician with a service orientation and the ability to promptly resolve technological incidents. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring proper operation of equipment, and collaborating in maintaining the organization's technological infrastructure. * Technician, technologist, or final-semester student in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk. * Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Basic knowledge of networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Ability to document processes and incidents.
