




Job Summary: Perform infrastructure monitoring, Level I technical support, service management, and execution of operational processes for LAN, WLAN, and WAN network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proactive infrastructure monitoring (LAN, WLAN, WAN) 2. Level I technical support and connectivity service management 3. Network equipment inventory management and updates DESCRIPTION Conduct preventive and proactive monitoring of **LAN, WLAN, and WAN** network infrastructure using monitoring tools, thresholds, and alerts. Provide **Level I technical support**, handling incidents, performing basic configurations, adjustments, and escalating to third parties when necessary. Manage and track connectivity services, communication links, and internet provided by external vendors. Execute operational processes such as **backups, log updates, installation, and commissioning of network equipment**. Create, update, and maintain operational procedures for network infrastructure administration and maintenance. Administer network devices according to client-required platforms. Carry out assigned operational activities to ensure service continuity and quality. Analyze and resolve network issues, coordinating with relevant departments to achieve definitive solutions. Manage changes, relocations, and new network implementations, performing validation and acceptance testing. REQUIREMENTS Propose **continuous improvement initiatives** based on operational metrics, staff capability, technological infrastructure, and vendor performance. Manage and keep the **network equipment inventory** up to date, ensuring control over available resources. Support **network planning, design, and evolution**, technology architectures, technical standards, and integration solutions. Apply internal knowledge transfer processes to ensure operational continuity and technical team capability enhancement. Perform operational travel between company locations and/or clients as required by operations, complying with established policies.
