Job Summary: Operate equipment to store, replenish, and transport goods within the distribution center, ensuring their good condition, correct quantity, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the cyclic schedule and implement safety policies. **Logistics Operator** **About the Role** Operate assigned equipment to store, replenish, and transport goods to and from the distribution center promptly, while ensuring goods remain in good condition, quantities are accurate, damages are verified, and safety measures are observed. **Your Responsibilities** * Apply material handling and/or picking guidelines via Vocollect, transporting goods according to the system during both inbound and outbound operations, while monitoring the condition of goods and identifying potential defects for timely reporting. * Inspect assigned equipment and workspace for physical, mechanical, and electronic conditions, identifying possible failures or anomalies during operation (e.g., checklists, shielding, Unsafe Condition Reports, and alerts), thereby safeguarding personnel safety and maintaining optimal condition of goods to be handled. * Participate in the cyclic schedule defined by the inventory department, ensuring orderly arrangement, cleanliness, and accurate counting of products, and promptly reporting surpluses, shortages, and misplacements. * Perform tasks essential for the proper functioning of the CEDI (receiving, storage, and dispatch). * Implement organizational policies and safety measures required to ensure the safety of personnel and assets (e.g., Vocollect, electric pallet jacks, and infrastructure) under your responsibility, as well as compliance with quality standards and environmental protection requirements established by legislation, regulations, and applicable best practices. **Requirements** * Education: High school diploma minimum; technical or technological degree in production, logistics, systems, or related fields preferred. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in production or logistics processes. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What Our Company Offers** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
