




Position Summary: Design, execute, and optimize relational marketing and automation strategies with HubSpot to acquire, nurture, and retain customers, aligning marketing with business objectives. Monitoring and analysis of campaign and lead performance. **Job Objective**: Design, execute, manage, and optimize relational marketing and automation strategies through the HubSpot CRM, ensuring proper lead acquisition, nurturing, segmentation, and conversion, as well as customer retention, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and sustainable growth goals. **Academic Qualifications** Professional degree in Marketing and/or related fields **Experience** * 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or automation roles. * Demonstrable experience managing HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM). * Experience working with conversion funnels, leads, email marketing campaigns, and automations. **Technical Knowledge** * HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, workflows, lead scoring, reporting). * Email marketing and campaign automation. * Database segmentation and customer journeys. * Digital analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards, KPIs). * CRM integration with digital campaigns and landing pages. * Knowledge of acquisition, retention, and loyalty models. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets **SKILLS** * Leadership * Assertive communication. * Compliance. * Results orientation. * Critical thinking * Innovation and research. * Strategic planning * Communication skills. * Management discipline. * Teamwork. * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * Frustration tolerance. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute CRM and automation strategies in HubSpot aligned with marketing and sales objectives. * Manage email marketing campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and automations. * Segment databases and manage data quality within the CRM. * Monitor and analyze campaign, lead, and sales funnel performance using KPIs and dashboards. * Identify data-driven optimization, retention, upselling, and cross\-selling opportunities. * Ensure end-to-end lead traceability from acquisition to conversion. * Adjust campaigns, flows, and segmentations to improve conversion rates and business outcomes. * Support marketing and sales teams in proper CRM usage.
