




Job Summary: This role involves identifying and managing threats, risks, and emergencies, ensuring safe work practices, analyzing situations, and providing customer service according to established protocols and policies. Recognize potential threat and risk situations in accordance with established protocols. 2. Manage emergency situations in accordance with the emergency plan, current regulations, and procedures established by the client. 3. "Identify threats, risks, and/or vulnerabilities according to service characteristics and procedures established by the client and/or security company." 4. Implement safe and healthy work practices in accordance with institutional regulations and current legal requirements. 5. Analyze the situation or problem considering organizational objectives, policies, regulations, and available technology. 6. Provide customer service in accordance with organizational policies. 7. Utilize resources considering user manuals and procedures indicated by the organization.
