You will drive the performance of a highly collaborative team composed of diverse and talented colleagues. Our **Trucks \& Vans** team is seeking a **Technician** to join Inchcape Americas. The purpose is to perform maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and/or replacement of mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic parts or components in the trucks represented by the company, following procedures and/or technical guidelines provided by the manufacturer and/or the company. **What You Will Do:** * Diagnose product issues that arise in trucks arriving at the workshop or in the field. * Repair product issues that arise in trucks arriving at the workshop or in the field. * Perform maintenance according to the manufacturer's guidelines for the truck product line, conducting 360° inspections. * Keep workstations clean and organized. * Properly care for and use assigned hand tools and diagnostic equipment. * Properly care for and use assigned hand tools and diagnostic equipment. * Seek out and understand available technical literature to support the truck product line. * Understand and comply with company policies and procedures. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Solid knowledge of technical report writing and expression. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact with users. * Strong learning abilities and Excel proficiency. * Ability to manage conflicts, efficiently solve problems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Work experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues in trucks. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to do it with us.
