If you are interested in joining a technology and communications leadership team, this is your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise field crews (in-house and contractors) for installation and maintenance of data and internet channels. * Ensure link and service quality, meeting agreed-upon timelines and SLAs with customers. * Schedule and manage resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) required for each intervention. * Monitor field incidents and ensure timely resolutions (corrective actions and equipment replacements). * Coordinate with the NOC for monitoring and handling of service-related tickets. * Manage the budget for equipment and materials used in implementations. * Report progress, updates, and operational KPIs to the Technology Management team. **Requirements** * Education: Technician, technologist, or professional degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles and 4 years total in field operations. * Knowledge: * Data networks and transmission, network device configuration, and protocols. * Structured cabling, cable termination, infrastructure, and wireless/MPLS links. * Basic office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Competencies: * Leadership of field teams. * Organization and follow-up. * Problem-solving and results orientation. * Negotiation and autonomy. **What We Offer** * Initial temporary contract (via temporary staffing agency). * **Salary to be determined based on experience and professional profile.** * Location: Bogotá D.C., with travel to operational sites. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Workplace: On-site employment
