This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Lead and participate in operational improvement projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing time, movement, and productivity in secondary conditioning processes, contributing to the reduction of unproductive time, compliance with customer-agreed quality specifications, and assurance of organizational expectations regarding profitability and efficiency. **Requirements** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operational efficiency processes, monitoring and analysis of KPIs to improve operational performance. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI is desirable. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Ensure adherence to the production schedule, quality standards, and timelines agreed upon with the customer. * Manage and ensure efficient availability of required operational resources—including human, material, and technical resources—to support proper execution of operations and achievement of departmental performance indicators. * Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on process optimization, reduction of unproductive time, elimination of unnecessary movement, and enhancement of operational productivity. * Analyze management, productivity, efficiency, and profitability indicators for the process, proposing and implementing corrective actions and improvement plans aimed at strengthening operations. * Monitor the performance of production lines, identifying opportunities for improvement in work methods, operational layout, execution times, and resource utilization. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and good operational practices defined by the company and/or agreed upon with the customer during process execution. * Coordinate the implementation of operational improvement initiatives and process standardization, fostering a culture of efficiency, optimization, and continuous improvement within the team.
