Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician or Technologist to provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and diagnostics for computer equipment and operating systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site technical support and maintenance of computer equipment. 2. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office productivity tools. 3. Help desk support and information recovery. Requirements: Education: Systems Technician or Technologist (must possess graduation certificate and diploma) Experience: Minimum 1 year (certified) Age: Between 19 and 35 years old Capable of performing: * On-site technical support. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer networks, and office productivity tools. * Implementing data protection, backup, and recovery procedures. * Diagnosing computers, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications. * Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows operating systems, office suites, and applications. * Providing help desk support. Tools: * Must have an external hard drive (DD) and a USB flash drive.
