Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer for structural consulting, participating in analysis, design, review, and coordination of structural elements, applying technical and regulatory criteria. Opportunity to propose technical and innovative solutions A consulting firm specializing in structural design requires a Civil Engineer with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in structural design of buildings, particularly in concrete and/or steel structures. The selected candidate will participate in the analysis, design, review, coordination, detailing, and shop drawing preparation of structural elements, applying technical, regulatory, and quality criteria specific to structural consulting projects. **Main Requirements:** * Licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in structural design of buildings. * Knowledge of and proficiency in the Colombian Seismic Resistant Design and Construction Standard NSR-10. * Experience in design and coordination of concrete and/or steel structures. * Knowledge of structural detailing, drawing review, and shop drawings of structural elements. * Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RCB, STAAD, or similar. * Professional proficiency in tools such as DC-CAD 3, AutoCAD, and/or BIM platforms. **Required Competencies:** * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and critical thinking. * Organization and commitment fulfillment. * Punctuality, responsibility, and quality orientation. * Ability to propose technical and innovative solutions. **Position Conditions:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
