Lead the supervision of non-residential building projects. 2. Manage contractual control and risk mitigation. 3. Actively participate in the project's technical decision-making. **Job Description** UG21 Engineering Consultants is seeking a Supervision Director to join our team. *Required Profile* * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Supervision. * Knowledge of contract control and monitoring, risk management, participation in management committees, and technical decision-making. *Experience* * Minimum 10 years of professional experience counted from the issuance of the professional license. * Minimum 5 years of experience serving as Supervision Director or Construction Director. * Certified experience in non-residential building projects valued at least COP $15,000 million. * Participation in supervised projects with an area of at least 10,000 m², duly accredited. * Minimum 10 years of experience as director in supervision projects. *Conditions* * Full availability for 18 months. * Residence in Ciénaga de Oro (Córdoba) or neighboring municipalities. * Fees: To be agreed upon.
