Position Summary: We are seeking a Surveyor to perform high-precision topographic and geodetic surveys, ensuring accuracy in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with engineering and construction teams **Surveyor for Eastern Antioquia** We are currently seeking a Surveyor for various projects located in Eastern Antioquia, who will be responsible for performing required topographic surveys to support project development, ensuring data collection accuracy, setting-out, and construction control in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and organizational guidelines. **Responsibilities:** * Perform high-precision topographic and geodetic surveys. * Carry out construction setting-out according to designs and technical specifications. * Conduct topographic construction control to verify proper execution. * Process field data and generate topographic drawings and reports. * Operate equipment such as total stations, differential GPS, and automatic levels. * Use specialized surveying and computer-aided design (CAD) software. * Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project quality. * Maintain up-to-date topographic logs per project **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Surveyor in construction projects * Experience in topographic surveys, setting-out, and construction control. * Knowledge of surveying software and AutoCAD Civil 3D. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Capacity to work collaboratively and resolve on-site problems. **Availability to work on-site across multiple projects (personal transportation required; travel allowance provided)** * A degree in Surveying is required Workplace: On-site employment
