Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Your Role at Baxter:** Save and sustain lives by ensuring optimal machine operation, guaranteeing product quality, and complying with the company’s established manufacturing and quality standards and procedures. Perform technical and process-related activities on tube extrusion machines to ensure consistent production flow according to required standards. **What You’ll Do at Baxter:** -------------------------------- 1\. Enter clear and accurate information into required production and quality assurance software or forms. 2\. Conduct mass inspections per established quality procedures, as well as cross-mass inspections within the process. 3\. Package tube production in accordance with established quality specifications. 4\. Supply production kanbans applicable to the internal sealing customer (Autoi, Kiefel, funda, etc.). 5\. Support the team across various sub-processes within the Extrusion area during rest and meal breaks (as required). 6\. Ensure and guarantee compliance with applicable ISO standards and product quality specifications. 7\. Guarantee and ensure that quality documents and their forms comply with specified process parameters. 8\. Complete required production and quality assurance forms in accordance with BPDs. 9\. Verify and ensure that tools used in the process (machines and equipment) are in optimal working condition to ensure product quality and reliability. 10\. Ensure and maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area, applying concepts and criteria from the 6S and TPM programs. 11\. Control the process under production parameters (efficiency, productivity, and costs), and quality parameters (documentation and quality procedures). 12\. Guarantee and ensure timely and clear real-time process information, including personnel-related data. 13\. Focus experience and practice on process improvement, standardizing daily procedures and aligning them using performance indicators. 14\. Guarantee proper handling of measurement instruments used for required process testing. 15\. Use required supplies appropriately for the process. 16\. Complete training sessions according to scheduled dates in the training system (in-person and self-paced learning). 17\. Comply with current regulations related to health, environment, and safety defined in CO6001A, as well as applicable regulations and standards in Quality (GMP, quality manuals and procedures), Supply Chain Safety, Integrated Energy Management System, and corporate policies relevant to the role. **What You’ll Bring to Baxter:** * Technicians or technologists graduated in plastic transformation, electronic maintenance, instrumentation, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in related manufacturing production processes. * Knowledge of plastic transformation (preferred). * INTERNAL CANDIDATES: *Minimum 1 year in the current role and not subject to any performance improvement plan.* \#careersatbaxter \#IND\-LATOPS **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
