The Position We are looking for: **Civil Construction Worker – Working at Heights (Descents)** Coverage Area: **Ricaurte – Girardot – Fusagasugá – Melgar (Cundinamarca)** Requirement: **Residence in one of the municipalities within the coverage area** Academic Qualifications High school diploma, plus a valid certified course in safe working at heights (Operational or Advanced level, depending on the activity), issued by an accredited entity, with up-to-date refresher training. Additional training in construction, masonry, or civil construction is desirable. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a civil construction worker, with verifiable participation in working-at-heights tasks using certified descent techniques (rappelling). Main Responsibilities 1\. Carry out civil construction activities (masonry, finishing, installations, etc., as required by the project). 2\. Perform work at heights using descent systems, correctly applying certified procedures and techniques. 3\. Consistently and properly use assigned PPE (harnesses, lifelines, helmets, gloves, etc.). 4\. Inspect the good condition of personal protective equipment and anchoring systems before each task, reporting any anomalies. 5\. Participate in trainings, pre-operational safety briefings, and daily safety inductions. 6\. Comply with HSEQ standards and instructions issued by the site SISO coordinator. 7\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Competencies Responsibility, discipline in adhering to safety regulations, teamwork, physical fitness suitable for working at heights, punctuality.
