Our business model focuses on the customer and sustainable development, meaning it is economically viable, respects people, and is environmentally friendly and responsible. **General Role/Objective** Support and maintain the proper operation of plant equipment by performing cleaning, sustaining, and predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring daily operations are carried out under standard conditions while complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures. **Role/Position Responsibilities** * Support continuous verification of proper plant equipment operation to report and make necessary adjustments. * Support and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment according to direction from the immediate supervisor or maintenance leader to ensure operational continuity and timely response to incidents. * Carry out operational tasks as required by production to meet the production plan. * Conduct inspections of the plant during shutdown and while operating to make necessary equipment adjustments before starting operations. * Perform welding work on equipment for repair, subject to prior certification for hot work. * Report identified anomalies during equipment inspections to the immediate supervisor and plant operator for defining the follow-up plan. * Verify and report product quality to the plant manager to ensure conformity. * Participate in training processes for high-risk tasks in accordance with current legal regulations. * Carry out and supervise landscaping activities within plants to ensure order and cleanliness in green areas. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor according to operational needs. **Role/Position Responsibilities** **Responsibility** * Report damages and repairs / Report identified anomalies and corrections. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. * Report plant shutdowns and their respective causes. * Report product conditions and characteristics. **Education** Industrial High School Diploma **Technical Knowledge and Certifications** * High-risk tasks (knowledge of confined spaces, load lifting, and hazardous energy) * Height certification * Welding certification * Knowledge of general services and Diesel and hydraulic mechanics **Experience Area** * 0 \- 3 years * In industrial sector companies **Languages** Spanish C2 We are an equal opportunity employer.
