You’ll coordinate walkthroughs, ensure contractors are ready, monitor performance, and handle any issues that come up. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys **ownership, problem\-solving, and working with people** — you’ll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Compensation \& Schedule **Base Pay:** CAD $1,300 per month **Training Schedule (First 3 Weeks):** * Monday to Friday \| 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MT **After Training (Permanent Shifts):** * Sun – Thu \| 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM MT * Tue – Sun \| 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM MT Requirements * Experience in coordination, onboarding, or account management is preferred * Strong communication skills (English 9/10\) * Comfortable handling issues and finding solutions * Organized and detail\-oriented * Reliable remote setup (computer, headset, stable internet) * Quiet workspace for calls and meetings * Familiarity with Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) is a plus * Open to occasional after\-hours on\-call support What Will Help You Succeed * Fluent in English (written and spoken — minimum 9/10\) * Computer with at least 4GB RAM * High\-quality webcam and microphone headset * Stable, high\-speed internet (check via Google “internet speed test”) * High energy, self\-motivated, and strong communication skills * Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting daily goals * Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is an asset Our Core Values At One Janitorial, we believe in more than just results.
