Participation in continuous improvement and development projects. ### **Description** **If you are passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and international environments, this is an excellent opportunity for you!** We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and collaborative-minded professional to join our *Finance Systems* team as a **Functional Support Analyst for ERP (NetSuite)**. This role will be critical in supporting financial and operational teams in using, maintaining, and continuously developing our Oracle NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its proper operation and global process optimization.### **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Provide **functional support** to **NetSuite** users, resolving incidents and ensuring a seamless system experience. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP **configurations** or **enhancements**. * Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to **optimize processes and workflows** in NetSuite. * **Monitor** system operations and **propose solutions** to technical or functional issues. * Participate in ERP platform improvement and continuous development projects. * Document processes, solutions, and updates to **ensure support traceability**. * Maintain consistent and effective communication with regional teams (**APAC / NALA**). * Collaborate with the team lead on other responsibilities necessary for project success and departmental evolution. ### **What We’re Looking For** * University degree or technical diploma in fields such as Systems Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Administration. * **2+ years of experience** providing functional support for ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred). * Advanced English proficiency **(C1)**. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **Microsoft 365** tools. * **Desirable**: Experience in accounting or finance areas and in global environments. ### **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term **employment contract**. * Vacation policy based on **demand**. * Work in a **hybrid model**. * **Connectivity allowance**. * **Extra-legal benefits**. ### **About Anthesis Group** **Our commitment to building and maintaining a diverse workforce** Anthesis serves clients across all industry sectors and supports some of the world’s largest multinationals, including Reckitt, Cisco, Tesco, The North Face, and Target.
