Process modeling and documentation (AS-IS and TO-BE) **Document Management Project Analyst (PMO Support)** At **PGD**, we are looking for a **Project Analyst** to directly support the PMO in monitoring, controlling, and reporting on our projects. **Purpose of the Position:** Support comprehensive project management, ensuring traceability, delivery of deliverables, process identification and improvement, and consolidation of key information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables. * Identify deviations and support risk management. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. * Consolidate management indicators (KPIs). * Draft meeting minutes and track action items. * Model and document processes (AS\-IS and TO\-BE). * Propose opportunities for operational improvement and optimization. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Archival Science, or related fields. * 2\+ years of experience in project monitoring, document management, and process improvement. * Experience in process identification and modeling (diagramming, flowcharts). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Power BI. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies or BPM. **Key Competencies:** * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and capacity to structure information. * Ability to document processes. * Clear and professional communication. * Results-oriented and commitment to compliance.
