In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to transform manufacturing KPIs into actionable insights through intuitive and performance\-optimized dashboards. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop Tableau dashboards to present manufacturing KPIs effectively * Optimize Tableau performance and ensure adherence to role\-based access control policies * Integrate Tableau with AWS Data Analytics tools, including Athena * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions * Enhance reporting for enterprise\-level manufacturing KPIs with improved visualizations * Ensure proper implementation of Amazon Quicksight for additional analytic needs * Maintain data quality and integrity during dashboard development and deployment * Improve decision\-making processes by delivering actionable insights based on available data * Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving data visualization issues **Requirements** * 3\+ years of proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Server * Expertise in performance optimization and role\-based access control within Tableau * Proficiency in Amazon Quicksight and integration of reporting platforms with AWS tools * Familiarity with AWS Data Analytics tools, including Athena * Competency in creating enterprise\-level reporting solutions with clear visualizations * Background in working with datasets related to manufacturing or related industries * Flexibility to adapt BI tools to address diverse business requirements
