Specific Responsibilities: * Ensure availability, operational condition, and proper allocation of personnel, GSE equipment, and other resources required for the safe and efficient handling of aircraft. * Verify, before, during, and after flight handling, that the assigned parking position remains free of FOD, obstructions, and unsafe conditions for ramp maneuvers and operations. * Ensure pre-loading briefings are conducted, validating scheduling, priorities, operational risks, and special flight conditions; confirm authorized cargo matches physically presented cargo on the ramp and complies with required identification, labeling, and packaging conditions. * Verify and perform the 360° aircraft inspection upon arrival and departure, prior to equipment docking and after equipment undocking. * Ensure compliance with the marshalling plan and correct execution of positioning, approach, coupling, and movement of GSE equipment. * Monitor and ensure complete loading and unloading of cargo and baggage, guaranteeing proper handling and distribution according to the Load Instruction Report (LIR) and cargo priorities, as well as accurate reading, traceability, and handling of baggage. * Verify that fueling procedures are executed in accordance with established safety procedures and conditions. * Evaluate and monitor the proper delivery of ancillary services related to flight handling, including, when applicable for long-haul flights, interior aircraft cleaning. Check\- in / Boarding Requirements: * Academic Qualification: Technician (Airport Ramp Operations, Airport Operations, Aviation Operations, Aircraft Dispatch, Logistics, or related fields) * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in airport ramp operations or related areas. * Desirable but not mandatory: Experience in operational auditing or quality control. * Knowledge: + Comprehensive ground handling of aircraft and safe use of equipment (GSE). + Operational safety on the ramp and risk management. + Cargo, baggage, and flight operational service handling. * Job Location: Bogotá, Col. **We know—with you, we’ll win!** **Work Area:** Part Time
