Rough Construction Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a tenant maintenance professional with experience in rough construction, painting, lightweight systems, carpentry, and basic plumbing, committed to quality and teamwork. Ability to perform comprehensive tenant maintenance and collaborate effectively in teams. **Requirements:** * Primary or secondary education. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in related positions. * Basic ability to interpret blueprints. * Knowledge of materials and techniques used in rough construction. * Attention to detail and quality orientation in finishes. * Knowledge of lightweight systems: drywall, Superboard, RH and RF panels. * Knowledge of painting and surface preparation for various substrates. * Ability to carry out tenant maintenance tasks. * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively in teams. **Responsibilities:** * Execute painting tasks on various surfaces: vinyl, enamel, oil-based paint, and epoxy paint. * Prepare surfaces: patching, plastering, sanding, and final finishing. * Install, repair, and maintain lightweight systems such as drywall, Superboard, RH and RF panels. * Assemble metal structures, including framing, rail, and stud installation according to blueprints and technical specifications. * Perform basic carpentry work in wood and metal, including adjustments, installations, and repairs. * Install flooring, baseboards, and finishing trims. * Carry out basic plumbing repairs: leak detection and repair, fixture replacement, and minor hydraulic adjustments. * Respond to maintenance requests generated by internal departments or operational sites. * Identify infrastructure damage or failures and report them promptly. * Ensure proper use and care of assigned tools and equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Comply with the Internal Work Regulations. * Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Perform any other duties related to the position.
