Job Summary:
We are seeking a tenant maintenance professional with experience in rough construction, painting, lightweight systems, carpentry, and basic plumbing, committed to quality and teamwork.

**Requirements:**
* Primary or secondary education.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in related positions.
* Basic ability to interpret blueprints.
* Knowledge of materials and techniques used in rough construction.
* Attention to detail and quality orientation in finishes.
* Knowledge of lightweight systems: drywall, Superboard, RH and RF panels.
* Knowledge of painting and surface preparation for various substrates.
* Ability to carry out tenant maintenance tasks.
* Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively in teams.
**Responsibilities:**
* Execute painting tasks on various surfaces: vinyl, enamel, oil-based paint, and epoxy paint.
* Prepare surfaces: patching, plastering, sanding, and final finishing.
* Install, repair, and maintain lightweight systems such as drywall, Superboard, RH and RF panels.
* Assemble metal structures, including framing, rail, and stud installation according to blueprints and technical specifications.
* Perform basic carpentry work in wood and metal, including adjustments, installations, and repairs.
* Install flooring, baseboards, and finishing trims.
* Carry out basic plumbing repairs: leak detection and repair, fixture replacement, and minor hydraulic adjustments.
* Respond to maintenance requests generated by internal departments or operational sites.
* Identify infrastructure damage or failures and report them promptly.
* Ensure proper use and care of assigned tools and equipment.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas.
* Comply with the Internal Work Regulations.
* Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Perform any other duties related to the position.
