We are looking for our next **Sales Counter Operator in Chía**. **We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions.** **What will be your mission?** Ensure efficient sales counter operations, delivering on our value promise through a warm, agile, and high-quality service experience for all customers. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Provide customer service, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. * Manage inventory and product control. * Perform cleaning, organization, and preparation tasks at the sales counter. * Support opening and/or closing of the sales counter according to assigned shifts. * Comply with the company’s established quality, service, and food safety standards. * Support operations across different sales counters as needed. **Requirements** * High school diploma. * Valid food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one during the hiring process). * Prior experience is not required; however, preference will be given to candidates with experience in food and beverage retail, ice cream shops, or similar businesses. **What are we looking for in you?** * Service-oriented attitude * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Proactivity * Effective communication * Customer orientation **Conditions** * Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) + statutory benefits (including Sunday, holiday, and night shift premiums). * Rotating schedules (opening between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., closing around 9:00 p.m., with seasonal variations), Sunday to Sunday for Full-Time; Friday to Sunday plus possible support on two weekdays for Part-Time. * Contract type: Initially temporary (1 year), with potential for direct employment based on performance. * Bi-weekly payments (on the 5th and 20th of each month). * Location: Chía.
