PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Full-Time Store Sales Associate is the primary brand ambassador for Skechers, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers and turning every visit into a successful sales opportunity. Their role is essential to maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence, driving sales growth, and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service and deep product knowledge.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **A. SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE** * Achieve or exceed monthly team sales targets * Provide personalized advice on Skechers footwear features, benefits, and usage * Identify each customer’s specific needs to recommend appropriate products * Handle sales objections and close transactions effectively * Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other authorized payment methods * Manage exchanges, returns, and warranties per established policies * Maintain professional and courteous communication with all customers **B. STORE OPERATIONS** * Receive, verify, and organize new merchandise per established protocols * Label, price-mark, and barcode products according to corporate standards * Keep inventory organized and perform periodic counts as required * Pack and bag customer purchases securely and attractively **C. MERCHANDISING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION** * Implement and maintain brand visual presentation standards * Arrange products per established planograms and marketing guidelines * Ensure display windows and fixtures are consistently attractive and orderly * Restock products on gondolas and shelves promptly * Verify promotional signage is up-to-date and correctly positioned **D. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING** * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for shelves, counters, tables, and floors * Execute store opening and closing routines per established checklist * Keep work areas organized and free of obstructions * Report any damage or maintenance needs to supervisors * Ensure the store is prepared for the next day’s operations **E. COMPLIANCE AND POLICIES** * Strictly adhere to all corporate policies and procedures * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information * Uphold corporate values and business code of ethics * Participate in scheduled trainings and development programs * Report incidents or irregular situations to immediate supervision **IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS** **A. EDUCATION** * **Minimum:** Completed secondary education * **Preferred:** Technical studies in sales, marketing, or related fields **B. EXPERIENCE** * **Minimum:** 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience * **Preferred:** Prior experience in footwear or fashion retail **C.
