




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in SIESA system configuration and operation to ensure the integrity and consistency of accounting data. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate closely with the accounting and administrative teams. **Position Conditions (Please read before applying)** * **Contract Type:** Service Agreement * **Honorarium:** $1\.740\.000 per month * **Work Mode:** 100% remote We are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** with proven experience and advanced proficiency in **SIESA system configuration and operation**, to support key accounting department processes. **Purpose of the Position** The primary objective of this role is to ensure the **loading, validation, and proper structuring of accounting information within the SIESA system**, thereby guaranteeing the integrity, consistency, and timeliness of recorded data. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform bulk and manual loading of accounting information into SIESA. * Configure the system according to the organization’s operational and accounting requirements. * Validate the consistency of loaded information (accounts, third parties, cost centers, etc.). * Support reconciliation processes and control over information recorded in the system. * Identify and correct inconsistencies in configuration or data. * Document procedures and configurations implemented in SIESA. * Collaborate closely with the accounting and administrative teams. **Requirements** * Technical, technological, or professional education in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Proven experience using the **SIESA** system. * Solid knowledge of **accounting configuration within SIESA (mandatory)**. * Experience in loading accounting information and managing databases. * Strong attention to detail and analytical capability. * Autonomy and organizational skills for remote work.
