Accompany them throughout the entire process until production launch, resolving questions and escalating them to the R\&D team when necessary. * Develop, maintain, and optimize high-level backend applications for banking and financial sector clients, ensuring high standards of security, performance, scalability, and user experience. * Document associated technical processes in detail. * Efficiently integrate and consume external APIs. * Attend technical meetings. * Technical coordination with vendors and clients (accompanying integration). * Resolve technical incidents arising during implementations. * Connectivity testing (certificates, keys) and service integration (APIs). * Support production deployment steps. * Two-way ticket management. * Research and propose innovative technical solutions, demonstrating autonomy, problem-solving ability, and proactivity. * Maintain effective and clear communication with internal and external clients whenever necessary. * Actively use, promote, and rely on Stefanini-provided Artificial Intelligence tools, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement and AI-driven optimization. **Requirements and qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** * +3 years of proven application development experience. * English B2 level desirable.
