Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. **What’s in it for you:** As a Junior Procurement Analyst, you will support procurement process management by performing operational tasks such as processing local and international purchase requests, tracking order status, maintaining up-to-date supplier and order databases, and assisting in preparing basic performance indicators. You will also participate in gathering necessary information for negotiations, contributing to securing favorable pricing, quality, and service conditions. This position reports to the Supply Chain Management team for the North Territory, is based in Bogotá, and serves the countries within the North Territory (Costa Rica, Dominican Republic). **What you’ll do:** * **Procurement Process**: Execution, tracking, and management of domestic and international procurement processes, including use of various company systems. Document end-to-end local and international processes to ensure proper archiving per requirements. Manage direct communication with suppliers and internal customers. Provide timely responses to internal customers. * **Supplier Selection and Onboarding**: Documentation review and follow-up. Actively participate in administrative supplier selection to ensure service and pricing. Control and maintain database for new suppliers. * **Administrative Processes**: Track and manage organizational invoices. Control the office’s administrative supplies warehouse. **What you’ll bring:** * Degree or final years of studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or Technical Studies. * Approximately 2 years of experience in procurement-related areas. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills. * ERP system experience — preferably Oracle. * Intermediate English proficiency.
