Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze, manage, and optimize planograms, transforming data into decisions to enhance product availability and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Transform data into strategic business decisions. ### **Purpose of the Role** We seek a professional responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing planograms across our retail outlets, using sales data, turnover, commercial segmentation, product availability, new references, and business updates. Their primary challenge will be to convert data into decisions enabling **optimization of available space, improvement of product availability, and enhancement of sales and profitability at retail outlets**, ensuring that the product portfolio and its distribution meet both business and customer needs. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze sales, turnover, availability, and product behavior data to identify optimization opportunities. * Configure and manage planogram changes using defined analytical tools. * Propose adjustments to space allocation and product portfolio to improve availability, sales, and profitability. * Monitor implementation of changes at retail outlets, identifying deviations and generating alerts. * Track results of implemented changes and analyze their impact on sales, availability, and profitability. * Consolidate periodic results to evaluate effectiveness of changes and propose new improvement opportunities. * Participate in cross-functional working sessions with departments such as Procurement, Trade, Product, and Retail Outlet Management, validating stockouts, product arrivals, new references, and items for rationalization. * Analyze planogram modification requests from commercial, technical, route planning, executive, and leadership teams. * Provide feedback to the Analytics team regarding functionality and improvement opportunities for the tools used. ### **Education** Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Financial Engineering**, or related fields. ### **Experience** Minimum **3 years of experience** in planogramming, category management, merchandising, trade marketing, space management, commercial data analysis, portfolio management, or execution monitoring at retail outlets. ### **Knowledge** * Database handling and analysis. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Numerical and commercial analysis. * Category management. * Space management and merchandising. * Interpretation of sales and profitability indicators. * Power BI proficiency is desirable. * Experience with specialized planogram software is desirable. ### **Competencies** We seek an **analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven** individual capable of interpreting information and transforming it into business decisions.
