Support in document management and operational tracking We are looking for an International Trade apprentice in either the academic or productive phase, with technical or technological training in international business, international trade, or related fields. The candidate will support the department’s operational processes, particularly in document management and import/export tracking. Ideal candidates must be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of customs documentation, international negotiation terms (Incoterms), and proficiency in office software tools are valued. Responsibilities of the International Trade Apprentice Support import and export document management. Verify and organize documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and B/Ls/AWBs. Track international trade operations with suppliers and freight forwarders. Assist in preparing and reviewing customs declarations and procedures. Maintain up-to-date information in operational control systems. Coordinate information flow with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting). Support communication with international clients and suppliers. Monitor delivery timelines and cargo status. Verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for international operations.
