




Position Summary: We are seeking Accounting Specialists to join Accenture Operations, actively participating in daily fund management, bank reconciliations, and compliance with payment processes and regulations. We are looking for **Accounting Specialists** to join our team within Accenture Operations. In the Treasury area, you will actively participate in daily fund management and bank reconciliations, ensuring proper compliance with payment processes, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily Treasury transactions. * Execute and monitor bank reconciliations. * Administer cash management for the assigned process. * Provide support in payment processes. * Prepare and analyze financial reports. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. **What You Need to Apply:** * **4 to 8 years of experience** in accounting and finance roles (Treasury). * Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience covering the full accounting cycle. * Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability, autonomy, and effective collaboration in dynamic environments. * Technical leadership and ability to guide teams. * Management of medium-sized teams (between 5 and 20 FTEs). * **Intermediate to advanced English (minimum B2 level)**: assessed during the hiring process. * **Residency in Medellín and ability to attend Accenture offices in person.**
