Job Summary: You will play a key role in managing and notifying customs duties for courier shipments in importation, ensuring agile and effective communication with customers to enable rapid processing and an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and notify customs duties for courier shipments in importation. 2. Assist customers via chat, email, and phone regarding tax-related processes. 3. Track requests within established timeframes (SLA). We are looking for our next Urgent Shipment Operator for DHL Express Colombia! This is your opportunity! **What will be your mission?** You will play a key role in managing and notifying customs duties for courier shipments in importation, handling tax-related inbound and outbound calls, and responding via email—ensuring agile, clear, and effective communication with our customers to guarantee rapid processing and an exceptional experience. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Managing and notifying customs duties for courier shipments imported into Colombia. * Assisting customers via chat, email, and phone regarding tax-related processes. * Validating payments and coordinating timely shipment connections. * Tracking requests within established timeframes (SLA). * Focusing on results, productivity, and quality. **What we are looking for in you:** * Technical degree or currently studying International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling, call center operations, and outbound/inbound customer interactions (Customer Calls). * Experience in logistics operations for courier shipments. * Knowledge of customs clearance processes. * Intermediate English proficiency.
