This is an opportunity to join a dynamic work environment within the LATAM Finance team, where you can apply your knowledge, strengthen your competencies, and support real business processes. **General Responsibilities** Support reconciliation processes for the LATAM region. Process invoice submissions, data downloads, and operational tasks requiring precision. Participate in departmental activities under supervision of the finance team. Perform follow-up, documentation, and activity control according to departmental requirements. Support internal initiatives by contributing ideas and solutions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve objectives. **Requirements** Be authorized by SENA or another institution to begin the productive training phase. Technical or vocational education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, International Business, or related fields. Basic Excel proficiency (including formulas such as VLOOKUP). Willingness to learn and affinity for numerical analysis. Communication, teamwork, and responsibility skills. Basic English comprehension (reading and simple emails) will be considered an advantage. No prior apprenticeship contract experience. **Work Mode and Schedule** Suggested in-person attendance on Thursdays, with possible adjustments based on the apprentice’s circumstances. Working hours Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Contract Duration** 6 months, in accordance with SENA training guidelines. **Benefits** Monthly financial support in accordance with current regulations.
