Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in finance, accounting, and team management to analyze reports, manage financial obligations, and advise on investment decisions. Student of Public Accounting or Economics. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in finance-related areas, with proven experience in **team management, IFRS implementation, and ERP system handling**. **Key Competencies:** Transformative leadership, Strategic vision, Mastery of accounting and tax regulations, Systems thinking (ERP/Reporting), and Continuous improvement capability. **Responsibilities:** Analyze and evaluate the company's financial reports; support the management and control of the company's financial and accounting obligations, ensuring proper recording, tracking, and compliance with current regulations; provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs; assess investment profitability and advise on investment decisions; conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities; communicate analysis results to senior management and other members of the finance team; reporting to Management: Ensure financial statements remain organized and up-to-date, serving as a basis for the General Manager's decision-making. Analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data. In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial principles. Communication and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Results-oriented mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
