Job Summary: Carry out establishment and maintenance activities for the crop, following instructions and applying agrochemicals, harvesting, and monitoring. Key Points: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in related crops 2. Handling of agricultural tools 3. Identification of pests and diseases ***JOB OBJECTIVE:*** Carry out crop establishment and maintenance activities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Follow instructions from the cashew supervisor and director * Soil amendment, planting, thinning, sucker removal, pruning, fertilization * Application of agrochemicals * Harvesting and monitoring of crop pests and diseases. **EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** High school diploma **YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 2 years of experience as an agricultural operator in related crops (mango, citrus, avocado) **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Handling of agricultural tools * Principles of cultural practices for crops * Identification of pests and diseases **WORK LOCATION:** Yopo Project, Primavera, Vichada Work location: On-site employment
