Manage and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers **Job Mission:** Lead the company's procurement and supply strategy through negotiation, selection, and management of strategic suppliers, ensuring competitive commercial terms, cost optimization, timely supply, and compliance with internal policies to guarantee business continuity and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and execute the procurement and supply strategy for goods, services, and inputs required for operations. * Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers, ensuring optimal conditions in price, quality, delivery times, and service levels. * Manage and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers, conducting performance evaluation and monitoring. * Control the procurement budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor budget variances. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls governing procurement and contracting processes. * Oversee timely supply of critical products and services for operations. * Analyze market trends, costs, and optimization opportunities to strengthen the supply chain. * Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring goal achievement and continuous improvement of the function. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Economics, or related fields. **Desirable Specialization:** Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Finance, Logistics, or MBA. **Experience:** * Minimum 7 years of total professional experience. * Minimum 4 years leading strategic procurement or supply processes. * Experience in supplier negotiation, budgetary control, and contract management. * Preferred experience in retail, food, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), HoReCa, or operational chain sectors.
