We are seeking a Structural Discipline Manager to join our growing team at our Bogotá office. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of relevant experience, including prior leadership roles. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring our dynamic team of structural engineers and designers while supporting and leading a variety of structural projects. Additionally, they will interface with clients and support proposal development.
