Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise warehouse activities, including orders, transfers, inventory, and stock handling, ensuring compliance with standards and process optimization. Opportunity to lead a team and promote improvements in the supply chain. **Purpose of the Position** Coordinate warehouse activities related to orders, transfers, returns, destruction, and inventory, ensuring efficiency and compliance with supply chain standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute store replenishment. * Plan staffing for delivery days and periods of high demand. * Coordinate inventory control processes and communicate results to the Warehouse Manager. * Supervise goods receipt and ensure point-of-sale scanning. * Monitor expiration dates and ensure efficient stock rotation. * Organize and maintain the warehouse under optimal conditions. * Conduct physical inventories and process damaged or defective products. * Promote loss prevention and protect company assets. * Lead the warehouse team and ensure policy compliance. **Candidate Profile** * Positive attitude and strong soft skills. * Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration. * Good personal presentation and neatness. **Required Academic Qualifications** * Technician or technologist in **Logistics Process Management**, **Warehouse and Transportation Operations**, or related fields. * Professional in **Logistics Administration** or **Industrial Engineering**, with emphasis on logistics (desirable). * Additional training in transportation, warehousing, and customs legislation will be valued. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in similar positions with knowledge of logistics procedures. * Experience in transportation and warehousing is desirable. **Specific Requirements** * Physical capacity to stand, walk, reach objects, bend, kneel, and lift. **Location:** Bogotá **Work Schedule:** Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
