Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive accounting technician or technologist with experience in accounting processes and software handling for an on-site role.

The required profile is as follows:
* Technician or technologist in Accounting or related fields.
* Experience in accounting area processes and functions.
* Proficiency in accounting software and office tools.
* Knowledge of invoice accrual, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and other related accounting processes.
* Organized, responsible, proactive individual with ability to work in a team.
Experience: 1 year.
FUNCTIONS
1\. Purchase invoice registration: ensure registration is completed within 48 hours of receipt.
2\. Preparation of supporting documents: issue supporting documents monthly for transactions with parties not required to issue electronic invoices.
3\. Filing and organization of accounting supporting documents: maintain updated and organized physical and digital archives of supporting documents.
4\. Petty cash registration and control: record and reconcile petty cash weekly, ensuring supporting documents meet tax requirements.
5\. Verify that purchase invoice information is accurate.
6\. Recording and tracking of expenditures and cash outflows: register all supplier and third-party payment transactions in Odoo.
7\. Supplier payment communication: promptly notify suppliers of payments made, maintaining acknowledgment records.
8\. Third-party database updates: keep customer and supplier databases up to date in Odoo.
9\. RADIAN management: daily receipt, validation, and registration of electronic invoices received via technological providers for event execution.
10\. Credit invoice reconciliation: match invoicing amounts against accounts payable balances and forward them for payment.
11\. Handling institutional emails related to accounting matters.
12\. Creation of accounting accounts as required by the analyst or accountant.
13\. Scanning necessary departmental documents and consolidating them into a single file according to established procedures.
14\. Classifying, organizing, archiving, and safeguarding all departmental documents according to established procedures.
15\. Ensuring preservation and security of equipment provided for task execution.
16\. Complying with internal work regulations, company occupational safety and health program standards, employment contract, and other organizational policies.
17\. Respecting designated areas restricted to authorized personnel only, and complying with protocols and procedures when access to such areas is required.
18\. Attending all meetings and committees to which assigned.
19\. Performing any other duties as determined by the immediate supervisor.
