We are looking for a Production Program Analyst! As part of the L'Oréal team, you will be challenged to deliver short-term production planning for the production unit and bulk subcontracting, aligned with monthly schedules, availability of bulk packaging materials and raw materials, production risks, available headcount, and various logistical and commercial requirements.
**A Day in the Life:** As part of our STP-led planning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the agility of our Funza plant. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data related to short-term planning: formulas, technical batches, configuration matrix, etc.
* Managing bulk stock
* Providing optimized PU tool planning while adhering to rules and procedures to avoid violations
* Adjusting production planning for the current month, m \+ 1, and m \+ 2, respecting the monthly planning cycle.
* Participating in meetings, cross-functional working groups, or projects to contribute to improvements in packaging or manufacturing.
**What We’re Looking For:** Growth potential aligned with our values. You’ll stand out if you have:
* A professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics, or related fields.
* Intermediate English proficiency (B2\) and experience with SAP and Power BI.
