This position is located in Bucaramanga within the Established Pharmaceutical Products (EPD) division. Our broad portfolio of high-quality, branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic conditions, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory diseases. **What You’ll Do** **Required Qualifications** * Technician, technologist, or graduate in business, administration, marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceutical, traditional channel, TAT (Trade Account Team), or distributor management sales. * Experience supporting distributor sales teams and TAT sales representatives. * Knowledge of executing commercial activities, negotiation, customer acquisition, and tracking sales KPIs. * Training and coaching skills for commercial teams. * Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities. * Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving commercial objectives. * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory. * Own vehicle and up-to-date documentation preferred.
