You will manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our finance and accounting platforms—specifically NetSuite and NSPB—to make our financial processes smoother and more automated. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage budget hierarchies, update metadata, monitor system logs, and support the Finance team during hectic budgeting cycles. * Handle day\-to\-day admin work, including saved searches, custom reports, workflows, user permissions, and light scripting (SuiteScript/SuiteFlow). * Work with stakeholders to define what the business needs from its finance systems, including custom integrations. * Analyze how things are currently done and design automated, scalable tech solutions to make workflows faster. * Write and maintain clear process maps, system procedures, and data specifications. * Help test, launch, and integrate new software features across various company subsidiaries. * Help prioritize project tasks based on business urgency and tech capacity. **Qualifications:** * Strong background in Business Analysis for complex system rollouts. * Hands\-on experience administering NetSuite (searches, reports, workflows). * Hands\-on experience administering NSPB and Essbase (hierarchies, data maps, troubleshooting). * A solid grasp of core accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting. * NetSuite Administrator Certification (Desired, not required). * Experience with Oracle products. * Experience in the Insurance industry (Desired, not required). * Experience with project management and issue\-tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Zenhub, Monday.com) * Experience with AI\-powered digital assistant (Copilot, Chatgpt, Gemini) * Advanced english level **What we offer!!** * Join a collaborative team that encourages consistent growth and partnership! * Work remotely from anywhere you have internet access!! * Option to become a part of our Profit Unit Program * Flexible time off for personal and professional needs Job Types: Full\-time, Contract, Permanent Application Question(s): * Please provide your monthly salary expectations in USD, including your minimum negotiable salary and your desired salary.
