This role requires deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, as well as proven experience in customizing and extending Mantiz-specific functionalities. The specialist will work closely with back-end, UX/UI, and product teams to ensure intuitive, efficient, and business-aligned user experiences. * Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces on the Mantiz platform, ensuring high usability and performance standards. * Customize and extend Mantiz functionalities according to business requirements. * Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement responsive and accessible designs. * Integrate back-end services and APIs, ensuring proper communication across layers. * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and semi-senior developers. * Identify and resolve technical issues, proposing innovative solutions. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. * Document developments and best practices to facilitate maintenance and scalability of solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail. * Proactivity in proposing improvements and solving complex problems. * Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure. * Collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge with the team. Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6\+). * Proven experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. * In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Mantiz platform, including component customization, API integration, and performance optimization. * Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. * Experience consuming RESTful services and Web Services. * Knowledge of automated interface testing (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, etc.). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * CI/CD experience is desirable. * Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end web application development. * At least 2 years of specific experience working with the Mantiz platform on medium- or large-scale projects. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
