Global Financial Institution Hiring a Sales Agent (Bogotá, Colombia) – Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles in Latin America. – Strong strategic marketing skills. – In-depth knowledge of Latin American markets and sales dynamics in Colombia. – Establish successful channels and partnerships. – Upper-intermediate level of English. Responsibilities * Identify and qualify prospects within the assigned market (industry, size, geography) * Build target account databases and maintain the CRM up to date. * Analyze country-level opportunities, anticipate market trends, and adapt approach to the market. * Conduct on-site visits to present and demonstrate the product or service, tailoring the pitch to each account's profile. * Identify market opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and strategic sectors to focus sales efforts. * Acquire new customers: Initiate contact with prospective companies and build a portfolio of clients interested in payment services, prioritizing those with high growth potential and high revenue. * Promote specialized services: Present traditional payment solutions, cross-border payments, and crypto payments, highlighting benefits such as automatic conversion and instant settlement.
