Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst/Junior Accountant to record, analyze, and manage accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and operate specialized software. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting operations, accounts, and reconciliations. 2. Participation in accounting closings and preparation of financial reports. 3. Proficiency in accounting software (Siigo, Alegra) and DIAN/Tax Authority tools. **Position:** Senior Accounting Analyst / Junior Accountant **Main Responsibilities** · Record, analyze, and post the company's accounting transactions. · Prepare accruals, accounting vouchers, and bank reconciliations. · Manage and control accounts receivable and accounts payable. · Execute and reconcile customer and supplier payments. · Review, validate, and control accounting and tax supporting documents. · Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings. · Prepare financial reports and accounting data analysis for management. · Operate accounting software such as Siigo and Alegra. · Handle procedures and inquiries via the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) and Treasury Secretariats' portals. · Administer banking portals and prepare payments to suppliers and third parties. · Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting, financial, and tax records. **Required Profile** · Graduate in Public Accounting or final-semester student (8th to 10th semester). · 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. · Knowledge of accounting, tax, and electronic invoicing processes. · Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing, and lookup functions). · Proficiency in accounting software and office applications. **Competencies** · Attention to detail and quality orientation. · Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. · Organization and planning. · Teamwork and effective communication. · Responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality. · Commitment to deadlines and results. · Proactivity and continuous learning. · Adaptability to regulatory and technological changes.
