Today, we are looking for an **Application Administrator** who wishes to contribute their talent to our team. **What will be your purpose?** You will serve as the client’s strategic partner, ensuring the proper functioning of our applications, managing information to support decision-making, and leading change adoption for optimized operations. **Key responsibilities you will assume:** * **Monitoring and Support:** Manage Level 1 incidents and analyze user-reported issues. * **Technical Management:** Report Level 2 and Level 3 incidents (DEI, Coercive Collection, Qx Transit, SSDD, GA, and Hearings) and administer databases, user profiles, and cases. * **Quality and Deployment:** Execute version deployments, lead testing plans, and ensure information exchange with external entities. * **User Accompaniment:** Train users on system functionalities, ensuring an excellent user experience. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years administering and providing support for information systems used by traffic and transportation agencies. * **Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel), database queries and cross-referencing, web servers, and Oracle. * **Skills:** Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and results, problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and excellent assertive communication.
