




Job Summary: Coordinate the timely, safe, and traceable resolution of existing customers' needs related to LPG installations, ensuring HSE standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage service demand and plan its efficient execution. 2. Coordinate field execution, ensuring HSE standards and technical quality. 3. Collaborate with key departments to guarantee service continuity. Position Purpose Ensure the timely, safe, and traceable resolution of existing customers' needs related to their LPG installations (complaints, emergencies, requests, grievances, modifications, and expansions), by coordinating technical resources and contractors, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards, technical quality, and documentary closure—focused on service continuity and customer satisfaction. What will you do in this role? Key Functions: Manage service demand: Receive, classify, and prioritize emergencies, complaints, requests, suggestions, and maintenance requirements. Ensure efficient response times according to criticality. Plan case resolution: Schedule technical visits and diagnostics, and define resolution plans. Coordinate availability of resources, materials, permits, and timelines. Coordinate field execution: Manage technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with HSE standards (ATS/AST, work permits, critical controls). Monitor correct execution of activities. Collaborate with key departments: Coordinate with Maintenance (assets, certifications) as applicable. Work closely with Commercial, Customer Service, and Operations departments. Ensure technical-documentary closure: Validate reports, evidence, records, and customer history updates. Monitor performance indicators (SLA, recurrence rates, complaints). What are we looking for? Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Technologist degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related fields). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in: Maintenance, sustainment, or technical service coordination. Customer requirement handling (complaints, emergencies). Field operations (preferably in energy, gas, utilities, or industrial sectors). Key Knowledge Areas: Regulations related to LPG or similar sectors (desirable). Industrial safety and HSE management. Technical service scheduling and coordination. Service performance indicator management (SLA, response times).
