Job Summary: Technical professional in risk management responsible for managing and implementing Risk Management Systems (SARC, SARLAFT, and SARO) in the financial, solidarity, industrial, and commercial sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in implementing and strengthening SARC, SARLAFT, and/or SARO. 2. Professional education with specialization in Risk Management or related fields. 3. Ability to prepare reports for senior management and supervisory bodies. A company operating in the financial risk and profitability sector, providing services to the financial, solidarity, industrial, and commercial sectors, seeks a technically oriented risk management professional to join its team. Primary responsibilities include managing, implementing, and strengthening Risk Management Systems (SARC, SARLAFT, and SARO) directly with the company's clients, ensuring compliance with current regulations and contributing to strengthening internal controls and decision-making processes within advisory organizations. * Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing, administering, monitoring, or strengthening SARC, SARLAFT, and/or SARO. * Experience in entities supervised by the Superintendence of the Solidarity Economy, the Financial Superintendence, or the Superintendence of Societies is valued. * Intermediate Excel proficiency, demonstrable. * Knowledge of Python, R, EViews, or SQL is desirable. * Ability to prepare reports for senior management, committees, and supervisory bodies. **Salary:** $4\.000\.000 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Working Hours:** 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Education:** Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. **Specialization:** In Risk Management, Financial Risk, Compliance, Auditing, or Internal Control. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Work Modality:** On-site Workplace: On-site employment
