Consult the information system and corporate email to verify assigned tasks. 2. Perform warranty services, preventive and/or corrective maintenance on equipment, as assigned via the information system and/or corporate email instructions, either on-site and/or at WM service centers, complying with ANS standards. 3. Support equipment preparation following the relevant checklist, verifying proper equipment functionality during preparation. 4. Configure and program equipment according to provided instructions. 5. Ensure equipment functionality and perform cosmetic maintenance. 6. Report problems identified during normal job activities and/or customer service, escalating cases to the technical lead. 7. Support execution of tests for escalated cases. 8. Maintain traceability for warranty services, preventive and/or corrective maintenance on assigned equipment, per procedure. 9.
