We are seeking a **Project Management Office (PMO)** professional with solid project management experience under PMI methodologies, focused on technology and digital transformation projects, working in a **remote modality**, and leading process definition, project control, and change management within corporate environments. **Responsibilities:** * Define and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and processes. * Monitor project status and prepare reports for senior management. * Manage organizational change programs associated with projects. * Administer shared resources and optimize their allocation across projects. * Identify and mitigate risks to ensure quality and objective achievement. * Coordinate communication among technical teams, stakeholders, and business units. * Lead training and mentoring for project leaders and teams. * Oversee functional, performance, and quality testing across various environments. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 years of experience in project management (PMO). * Knowledge of PMI methodologies or similar frameworks. * Experience in change management and organizational culture. * Proficiency in project management tools. * Experience in project control, planning, and risk management. * Knowledge of software testing (functional, performance, and scalability). * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
