Key Responsibilities * End-to-end management of logistics operations * Supervision of operational staff * Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement * Optimization of routes and resources * Service quality assurance and SLA compliance * Management of safety, occupational health and safety (OHS), and integrated management systems Required Profile Professional in administrative, engineering, or logistics fields, with experience in logistics operations and team leadership Work Location: On-site employment
