You will contribute to customer satisfaction and service standards, mitigate risks, and support business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and issue, in a timely manner, documents associated with our customers’ policies, ensuring adherence to company policies and agreed-upon service level agreements. * Provide internal and external customer support when required. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives. * Comply with the Zurich Code of Ethics and the Anti-Money Laundering Prevention Manual. * Monitor and manage client updates (additions, modifications, cancellations). **Qualifications:** Professionals or students in final semesters of programs such as: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
